Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suudu Baaba Foundation website at suudubaabafoundation.org ("Site", "we", "us", or "our"). • DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SITE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suudu Baaba Foundation, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your submission of information through the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana.

Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time without notice and for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term will be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suudu Baaba Foundation regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
