Hawawu Issah
Board Member
Hawawu Issah is Head of Programs at Muslim Family Counselling Services and a community advocate focused on women’s empowerment, youth education, and support for vulnerable groups. She has also worked with the Willows Foundation as a Field Educator and with the National Youth Employment Program as a Teaching Assistant.
Her experience includes awareness campaigns on gender-based violence, reproductive health, and community development, as well as support for street children and counselling services for families. As a Board Member, she contributes programme-management skill, community-engagement experience, and a commitment to social change.
