1. What does Suudu Baaba Foundation do?
We work to improve the lives of marginalized Fulani (Fulbe) communities in Ghana through counselling, education, advocacy, health promotion, and empowerment initiatives.
2. Where does the foundation operate?
Our work is focused mainly in the Ashanti, Northern, and Bono East Regions of Ghana, but we also collaborate with partners nationwide.
3. Who do you serve?
We serve Fulani (Fulbe) communities, especially women, youth, and children, with a focus on health, education, conflict resolution, and socio-economic empowerment.

5. How do I apply to become a volunteer?
Simply fill out our Volunteer Application Form on the “Become a Volunteer” page, and our team will review your application and contact you.
6. Do I need prior experience to volunteer?
No prior experience is necessary—just a commitment to our mission and willingness to learn. We provide orientation and role-specific training.
7. Is there an age requirement for volunteers?
Yes, volunteers should be at least 18 years old. However, we also engage youth in certain supervised activities.
8. Are there remote volunteering opportunities?
Yes. While most of our work is community-based, some roles like research, content creation, and administration can be done remotely.
9. Will I receive training before starting?
Yes, every volunteer receives onboarding training and ongoing guidance to help them succeed in their role.

We are currently implementing the “Promoting Peaceful Co-existence & Education of Fulani Girls” project, and a CSSP/StP Catalyst Grant project for community empowerment.
15. How do you measure the impact of your programs?
We track our results through field reports, surveys, beneficiary feedback, and monitoring & evaluation data.
